Steve Rogerson MSc HND ACIOB - Senior Consultant

Steve has been involved in construction since 1967,
from which time and until 2003 he worked for the Henry
Boot Group.

He was the Midlands Regional Quantity Surveyor from 1982 for 16 years dealing with projects from a variety of market sectors and of varying project size and was responsible for securing claim and final account settlements in the Company’s best interests for all work undertaken by the Region.

In 1998 he was appointed the company’s Commercial Surveyor and for 5 years until 2003, he was involved exclusively in the resolution of project disputes throughout the UK involving quantum and delay matters requiring detailed forensic analysis.

His wide experience, which includes Arbitration, Adjudication and Mediation procedures, provides an excellent platform to address most financial and contractual issues which arise during the construction process.
