Steve is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 18 years
experience of a wide range of construction, engineering
services, communications and rail, and gas and oil
projects in the UK, Hong Kong and Nigeria.

He obtained honours degree in 1988, became a member of RICS in 1991, and was elected to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1998.

A specialist in mechanical and electrical services and related engineering fields since 1989, Steve has worked for and represented numerous contracting organisations with responsibility for the commercial management a wide variety of construction and engineering projects.

He has experience of claims preparation, management and negotiation in connection with standard and bespoke forms of contract both in the UK and overseas.

Recent experience includes appointments by contracting and public sector organisations for arbitration/litigation/adjudication advocacy and expert witness support.
