Branch Annual Dinner
Please do not forget the Branch Dinner to be held at Kegworth
(just off the M1 near East Midlands Airport) on Thursday 10 March.
The Institute President, Brian Egglestone, will
be joining us and we have engaged a very amusing after dinner raconteur. May I suggest you reserve the date in your
diary now, or, even better, complete the attached booking form?Friday 25 February 2005. The Institute President, Brian Egglestone, will be joining us and we have engaged a very

Bank Accounts
Having regard to one cheque not yet credited and cheques not yet
presented for clearance, the current account stands at £321.81. The sharp drop
in the current account is due to the branch providing the workshop at no cost
to delegates in the anticipation that more branch members would attend, thankfully
this was the case. The branch's financial position is however sound with
£8,056.13 in the deposit account.
HQ Grant
We have received £1156.90 from HQ for the second instalment of the grant.
Deducted from the grant is £57.57 for the past chairmans
jewel.
VAT
The VAT return was prepared and sent to HQ on time.
Events
With regard to the mock adjudication held at Lincoln University, all
expenses are now paid,
giving a final profit of £294.98.
